Inquiry - When filling out a contact form you will have to tell us what you are inquiring about.
Personal message - When filling out a contact form you will have to explain why you are inquiring and you may want to provide further details.
Contact number - If you are signing up for a free phone call consultation you will be asked to provide you mobile number or if you are a members who has paid for a plan which will have weekly phone/video check ins.
Account sign-up - When signing up to one of our sites plans you will have to create an account in order to become a member. This member service is hosted by a third party site called MemberSpace, you can see the MemberSpace Privacy Policy here, this will keep you up to date with all the privacy information that is taken upon signing up. We take no responsibility for the MemberSpace Privacy Policy.
7. How Do You Use My Personal Data?
Under the Data Protection Legislation, we must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. The following table describes how we may use your personal data, and our lawful bases for doing so:
Contact form - The data we use is your first and last name, email address and information as to why you are inquiring. We will use this data in order to contact you to answer your inquiry and for no other reason.
Newsletter/email subscription - The data we use is your email address. We will use this data to contact you with any new discounts/promotions or helpful health and fitness topics that we feel may benefit you. You can opt out of this at any time just contact: benblake@bbfitness.co.uk
Free phone consultation form - The data we use is your contact number. We will use this data in order to contact you to carry out our free phone consultation and for no other reason.
Creating a BB Fitness account - When signing up to one of our sites plans you will have to create an account in order to become a member. This member service is hosted by a third party site called MemberSpace, you can see the MemberSpace Privacy Policy here, this will keep you up to date with all the privacy information that is taken upon signing up. We take no responsibility for the MemberSpace Privacy Policy.
With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your personal data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email, telephone or text message with information, news, and offers on our services. You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam. We will always work to fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Legislation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and you will always have the opportunity to opt-out. We will always obtain your express opt-in consent before sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes and you will be able to opt-out at any time.
